Rage Comics were the internet's first universal language: F7U12, forever alone, trollface, the entire cast of crudely drawn emotions that taught a generation to communicate entirely in archetypes. They were the proto-meme, the thing memes evolved from, and they died the way all elders die: quietly, replaced by children they'd unknowingly raised. Trollface lives on as the internet's default reaction. Forever alone is in here, with the rest of us.
